  The goal was to create private telephone/packet network using regular (specialized) HAM equipments.

  Similar to HATS, this project is dedicated to video broadcasting and television.

  I've been always interested in spacecraft, DSN and so on, one day I was reading articles about ATA and I wandered, is it possible to hear the Voyagers through ordinary satellite equipment, such as: array of 2m parabolic dishes...
