My name's Konstantin, I'm a senior software/VoIP engineer (CV).
I've been working as a freelancer and specialize in developing solutions in telecom sector (VoIP applications and sevices, video broadcasting, integrations, etc).

  The project goal is design software/hardware that enables to arrange private telephone/packet network using regular HAM equipments.

• HATV (Home Amateur Television)

  The goal of this projects is to get ability to arrange wideband communications on quite cheap, homemade equipment... And if possible keeps compatibilities with DVBx standards...
